BRENDA OWENS, E.A. has been enrolled since 1992 by The US TREASURY DEPARTMENT to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. She has a 1999 Fellows degree from the NAEA National Tax Practice Institute. With over 50 years of tax preparation experience, Brenda has prepared federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estate returns, including farm and ranch returns. She has 20 years of legal expertise in Tracing Property and Drafting “QDRO” (division of pensions) for divorce attorneys. She can help you with your divorce tax planning and litigation support. Brenda is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and serves on the board of many local Non-Profit Organizations.

David is a graduate of the University of Houston with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Administration. He spent thirty-six years in business and financial management positions before entering the tax preparation field. After five years with a major franchise tax preparation firm, he joined B-CS Tax Group, Inc., in 2007, and became a Partner in 2010. David is an enrolled agent (EA) who is a federally licensed tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers for audits, collections, and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. David is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Tracy is a graduate of Texas A&M University, class of 1986, with a bachelor’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She became an elementary school teacher and enjoyed teaching for 27 years in Bryan and Navasota. She retired in 2013 to become a shareholder in B-CS Tax Group, Inc. Tracy specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll. She is an enrolled agent (EA) who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers for audits, collections and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. Tracy is a member of The National Association of Tax Professionals.
